excellent location spacious room helpful staff uneven quality underwhelming equipment cracked washing machine
the hotel's location is excellent it allows easy access to various restaurants and the central business district. the room i had included a balcony it also felt spacious and clean. i found the staff to be quite helpful especially james at the reception desk.
i found some inconsistencies the quality of the flats seemed uneven. the kitchen equipment felt underwhelming some appliances were good but others were not. my washing machine had a crack it also didn't work at first.
